Growing Light
People light candles for Advent to symbolize Jesus as the “light of the world” coming to dispel darkness, representing themes of hope, peace, joy, and love as they await Christmas, signifying anticipation of the Messiah’s arrival.
I captured these images in very low light using a high-dynamic range camera with a wide aperture.
